The home encompasses two levels with approximately 1,200 sq ft of living area on the ground level and 800 sq ft on the lower level. It is conveniently located directly across the street from Lambeau field, and is ideal for fans coming in and needing accommodations in Green Bay while going to Packer games or any other event. Both levels have been professionally renovated and every room of the home is a football fan’s dream.

The ground level sleeps up to eight people and the lower level sleeps up to six people. Both levels are completely “Packered” out and every room has a Packer theme from the paint to the officially licensed Packer carpeting, Packer bedding, towels, wall hangings, etc. This all adds to the aura of the “Frozen Tundra.”

Both levels include 52″ plasma HDTV’s with HD/digital cable for watching football or anything else on the brand new comfortable furniture. High-speed internet cable and DVD is also included in both units. The ground level has a full kitchen and includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.

The lower level has a kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave. Both levels also include a coffeemaker, blender, silverware, plates and dishes, towels, linens, etc. For those rare warm days the units have central A/C, and for those cold Green Bay days both units are comfortably heated.

There is a huge back yard for gatherings along with a professional LP gas barbeque and fire pit. This home has been designed to accentuate your entire “Packer” experience while in Green Bay.
